Valley Lahvosh Crackerbread products are a great healthy alternative to fried snacks. Our crispy crackers can be easily made into soft crackers that are great with any meal!
For smaller quantities, remove the crackerbread from the package and individually place a piece under cool, gently running tap water on both sides. Wait until all surface areas are moistened then place on top a moistened towel on a drain board.
Then, place another moistened towel on top of the crackerbread and repeat for as many pieces desired. Let stand for 30 to 45 minutes. After, remove the moist towels and now it's ready to serve
Have larger quantities you need deliciously soft? Place moistened crackerbread lying flat inside an air-tight plastic bag. Repeat for as many pieces desired. Each bag can hold about up to 25 pieces. Tightly seal the plastic bag and place it in the refrigerator overnight for about eight hours. In the morning, your soft crackerbread will be ready serve!
Use the soft crackerbread as a wrap for sandwiches or pair them with kebabs or shawarma. Be creative and enjoy your deliciously soft Valley Lahvosh crackerbread!
